Magana Ag Services is a family-owned agricultural labor company built on five generations of farming in the Central Valley. With over 35 years of experience in the farming industry, we understand the demands growers face and the importance of reliable, efficient labor support. We provide seasonal and full-time employees to farms throughout the region, supporting orchard and vineyard pruning, tree planting, row crop harvest, deciduous fruit harvest, and general farm labor. From sweet potatoes and tomatoes to peaches, cherries, apples, and apricots, our crews are prepared to work across a range of crops and seasonal needs. Magana Ag Services is proudly family-owned and operated by husband and wife, Sebastian and Jenna Magana. Sebastian, a Mexican-American leader with firsthand field experience, understands the demands of grower operations and leads with strong communication and practical knowledge. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he works effectively with growers and field crews to keep operations running smoothly. Jenna plays a vital role behind the scenes, managing the administrative side of the business and helping ensure everything stays organized and on track. Together, they are committed to building a dependable company growers can rely on season after season.
